Struggling For Motivation In Business: Week 17

Struggling For Motivation In Business: Week 17

Week 17: Even though this week I’ve been struggling for motivation, I promise you, I will stick at this. I will keep putting out content, and I will keep learning to progress this goal.

Day 113: Day one of week 17:

I got up pretty early again this morning. Once again I drove to a quiet car park and recorded a bunch of audios for YouTube content. You will see which ones I’ve been working on as I edit and post them over the coming week.

After work, I worked on a few surveys to pass me over the £1 goal online for today. This took me around 45 minutes to reach 140 SB’s (£1.09).

After achieving this, I edited and uploaded my next YouTube video. This one is abou Passive income and how important it is to financial success. If this sounds interesting to you, you can find it here.

Unfortunately, the YouTube channel is yet to build any real following. However, I am determined to keep working hard regardless, to make sure it succeeds. I know I have a positive message and I want to make a positive impact in people’s financial lives.

Day 114: A normal hard day’s work

Just a normal hard day’s work today. I finished work to come home to complete some surveys. Today I completed 3 to earn 134 SB’s (£1.05) (including 2 search rewards). This took around 1 hour to complete.

Once this was done, I then edited and uploaded the week 16 video update of the £1 a day challenge.

Day 115: Swagbucks

Once again, another afternoon of using Swagbucks, I luckily found 2 well paying surveys after work. These took me around 50 minutes to complete, earning me 245 SB’s (£1.91).

Day 116: Struggling for motivation…

Today’s work on Swagbucks dragged a lot. I really wasn’t feeling it and I really had to grind throughout the day to find decent surveys to get today’s challenge done. Eventually by late afternoon and probably after 90 minutes of work, I had earned 132 SB’s (£1.03).

Day 117: Sorry…

Sorry, the week 17 report probably seems a little dull so far. I think this is probably a natural occurrence in the start of businesses but with all the work I’m putting in, its difficult to see the lack of results.

This weekend I really couldn’t conjure up enough motivation to edit my next video. And the £1 challenges seem to have really dragged the past couple of days as it’s a lot of effort and I’m not making passive income from the other routes yet.

Don’t take this the wrong way…

I’m not complaining. This is just me being honest so I can show you what making passive income online is really like in the beginning. I hope by the time you get to try out this challenge, I will have tested out the best methods so you can see which strategies work the best. Then you won’t so much need to go through the struggles I’m dealing with right now.

I just need to remember that I am not only doing this for myself but for every current and future follower that Money Your Concern has. To prove that us ordinary people without business advantages or huge amounts of confidence can achieve financial freedom.

Even though this week I’ve been struggling for motivation, I promise you, I will stick at this. I will keep putting out content, and I will keep learning to progress this goal. Because it’s a dream I have and one that many others share. I need to prove that this is possible. From the smallest step of £1 a day online!!

Oh sorry, almost forgot.

Although I didn’t achieve anything else today, I did upload Swagbucks, complete a few surveys and earn £1.01 today (129 SB’s).

Day 118: “Keep Going On”

Still struggling a bit for motivation today but I’ll keep going on.

I finally got round to editing the next YouTube video. ‘5 Ways To Save More Money For Young Adults’, you can check it out here if you like.

Other than that, I spent about an hour on Swagbucks again today to complete today’s challenge. Today I earned 132 SB’s (£1.03).

Day 119: I still managed it…

So to finish off week 17, my motivation was still dwindling. However, I still managed to keep up with my promise for this challenge. Which is I will make at least £1 a day online, with no excuses. So in that sense, the momentum for making money online is still there.

Today I quickly found 2 well paying surveys after work to earn 176 SB’s (£1.37) to complete today’s challenge in under 40 minutes.

So that’s what happened in week 17…

So this week was a difficult one. I’ve been putting too much concentration on my results (or the lack of so far). This has really had struggling for motivation this week.

I need to remember that business in any area will be slow to begin with. So I just need to change my focus into enjoying the content I’m putting out. And to keep learning about different online business strategies. As long as I keep working hard and stay consistent, I know Money Your Concern will get more interest and I can help a lot more people to live a better life financially.

However, despite the struggles, I did manage to complete my £1 goal each day. I’m happy I managed this as It keeps my momentum for making money online.

Thanks for reading, I hope you are finding value from following my journey. I plan to show you the good, the bad and the ugly of what it looks like to go from the bottom, to striving for financial freedom.
