Week 25: I need to show concrete steps to making more than just £1 a day soon…

Day 169: A Plan For The Weekend

Thanks for checking out week 25 of the £1 a day challenge. I’m using this challenge to build passive income streams online and hopefully achieve financial freedom. I hope by sharing my journey, I can help to inspire others to tag along and try out this challenge too.

So for this week, I have an idea I’ve been thinking about over the past couple of weeks. I hope it will allow me to further grow the reach of this brand. However, I’ve been putting it off for a little while. So i’m mentioning it here, so that I have to commit to it!!

I plan to put this idea into action this weekend, when I have more free time, so stay tuned with this post. You’ll see what I get up to if you keep reading on…

Once again, this evening, I loaded up Swagbucks, to complete more surveys to make my £1 online today. It took around 50 minutes but in the end, I completed 3 surveys to earn 129 SB’s (£1.01).

Day 170: Am I doing too much??

A busy and draining  day at work today so I didn’t have much time for anything else today. Hence the week 24 video update not being uploaded yet. I hope to have this completed for tomorrow. 

Maybe i’m putting too much work on myself… What do you think?

Anyway, With the few hours I had after work before bed, I did make sure I passed today’s £1 goal. Thankfully, this didn’t take too long. I found 2 well paying surveys to earn 161 SB’s (£1.26) within 45 minutes.

Day 171: Surveys

Another busy day but I just about found some time to complete the challenge today. Once again, I didn’t receive any affiliate commission today so I loaded up Swagbucks to complete surveys. It took me about an hour to complete enough surveys to reach over the £1 mark.

Day 172: Catching up

So it’s finally the weekend. I can finally get some work done for Money Your Concern…

Firstly, I got Swagbucks out the way by completing surveys. This took around an hour to make 128 SB’s (£1.00).

Then I finally got round to finishing the editing for the week 24 update for this challenge. Sorry its late but you can check it out here if you like:

Now I’ve just spent the last couple of hours editing previous posts I intended to add to this website. I’ll post these out in consecutive days but by the time you read this, they should be all up and ready to read.

Then I spent the rest of the day, doing some research for my next project I think will help grow the Money Your Concern brand. I plan to take action tomorrow.

Day 173: Getting A Lot Done 

I’m pleased to say, I got a lot done today.

I separated myself from plans for everything and here’s what I managed to do today…

1. Caught up with the £1 a day challenge highlights and added another post on this website.

2. Created another book review for the intelligent investor (an amazing investing book) with an amazon affiliate commission link.

3. Wrote up scripts for the value investing basics series quiz and answers videos. (Keep an eye out on the YouTube channel for this post)

4. Completed today’s £1 a day challenge using Swagbucks surveys. Today, it took around an hour to earn 189 SB’s (£1.42).

AND…

I finally got round to creating a Facebook page for Money Your concern. I’m just learning the ropes of it all for now but I hope for it to eventually be somewhere where I can post daily, useful tips I learn. Also to keep you posted on any new posts I think you will find useful. 

I hope the ability to create regular content here (Daily) will help to build traction for this brand and I will be able to help a lot more people. 

I hope to also teach you my experiences and lessons over the next few months about building a Facebook business page. This is so you will know exactly what to do when you are building a brand of your own. 

Facebook has a customer base of nearly 2 billion people so if you are planning to run any sort of online business (which you will, eventually if you try the £1 a day challenge) then having a Facebook page is a must. This will help you to build trust and awareness of what your business is and the services you provide. Even if you are simply selling on amazon or want to create an eBook. The added exposure can only help you to grow your income online.

Day 174: I Apologise…

So I completely lost track of keeping up with this daily report. I am currently updating this a few days late, hence the late post this week. 

With the YouTube channel, the £1 a day challenge and other focuses for money your concern, writing this is the least exciting and least creative thing. So I find myself wanting to put this off often.

So sorry for the late post this week. I’ll try to add some creativity and more adventure to this blog section to make the story more exciting for me as well as for you.

Anyway, as far as I can remember, I did get the challenge complete today. Once again, I continued using surveys until I passed the goal. 

I really do need to start looking for other methods of making money online as just looking to grow this brand is being real slow. I need to show concrete steps to making more than just £1 a day soon…

Day 175: Value Investing Quiz

Today I started recording then editing the Quiz videos for the value investing basics playlist. This is to top off the playlist, to test your knowledge to see if you are now ready for the stock market.

This is going to be 2 videos so it will take me a few days to edit. Be sure to stay posted with the YouTube channel to check it out when it goes live. 

Other than that, on this day, I once again used Swagbucks to pass today’s goal. I’ll seek other opportunities I promise.
